How it ships
- Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
- Busy periods can take longer. If a batch is delayed, we email you.
- Couriers, customs, weather, and remote addresses can add time. Remote deliveries can take up to 4–6 weeks.
- We do not offer express shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays after the parcel leaves us if the address was wrong.
Duties
Most orders arrive as a complete price. If your country charges import fees, those sit with local customs, not as a surprise we hide at checkout.

We ship worldwide to most addresses. If we cannot ship to your country, checkout will say so before you pay.
Late or lost
If it has been more than 15 business days past the estimate, email hello@semprie.com with your order number. If the carrier marked it delivered and you do not have it, check with neighbors first, then write us within 7 business days.
